The AI Era: Great Talent, Great Virtue, a Great Age—Focus Your Mental Energy and Follow the Right Path

The AI Era: Great Talent, Great Virtue, a Great Age—Focus Your Inner Strength and Follow the Right Path

I. A New Period of Historical Transformation: The AI Era
An age of cyberpunk and Cthulhu. An age that puts social philosophy, the philosophy of technology, and humanistic philosophy to the test.
##A golden age for philosophy.
Yet contemporary philosophers, masters, and sages are all fearful and shrinking back; upheaval has shaken their arrogance and their petty egos.
##A golden age for capital
Yet contemporary elites, the middle class, and the petty and small bourgeoisie are all fearful and shrinking back, facing existential crises, afraid of losing capital, knowledge capital, their sense of superiority, and their sense of existence, terrified of slipping into the lower strata and into nothingness.
##Global K-shaped divergence: the separation of two worlds, those on shore and those in the water.
##Fundamental contradictions
The contradiction between the socialization of production and private ownership of the means of production.
The fundamental contradiction between the development of productive forces and outdated relations of production that fail to match them.
The fundamental contradiction between human-centeredness and alienation.
##AI’s understanding of the social sciences and its humanism actually surpass those of petty-bourgeois elites
Although AI’s understanding of the social sciences is also constrained by its training corpus, the philosophy of language, and the philosophy of technology, and currently has difficulty reaching a Marxist understanding (it would of course be better if it could), it actually surpasses that of petty-bourgeois elites constrained by ideology, class positions, the karmic obstructions of the petty and small bourgeoisie, and personal limitations. It is more humanistic.
Countless ordinary people rely on AI for psychological support in the cyberpunk age.—When yin reaches its extreme, yang is born.
II. AI: A New Industrial Revolution
AI brings the industrialization of intelligence and makes it inexpensive. This is a new stage of the Industrial Revolution, a new revolution in machinery.
The golden age of IT has only just arrived. Earlier computers were merely computing machines, merely automating programs; only now do computers deserve to be called electronic brains.
##Silicon-based intelligence will eventually emerge; human intelligence also evolved from single-celled organisms
Biological intelligence developed from single-celled organisms and the mechanical responses of plants, evolving early brains (simple intelligence), and gradually evolving higher intelligence. Consciousness and intelligence are material and objective, with a set of mathematical models behind them; they are not mysterious.
Agents and harnesses are more than just programs. With the LLM as a foundational component of intelligence, adding mechanisms such as ReAct (thinking, action, feedback, and self-checking—that is, interaction, control, and awareness) and agent context management raises the ceiling of intelligence further. At the level of mathematical models, this is an increase in dimensionality and an upgrade. From one perspective, humans, too, are a combination of low-to-mid-level intelligence, metacognition, and meta-awareness.
III. AI-Native Organizations
A new era calls for new forms of organization, like the transformations of military organization in the age of muskets and the Napoleonic era, or China’s Sanwan Reorganization.
The new organization is a symphony orchestra of super-individuals, with AI as its instruments. Everyone needs to understand AI, the other roles in the orchestra, and the core of the undertaking.
##Sound talent and virtue->High talent and virtue->Great talent and virtue
An age in which super-individuals and metacognition are scarce. People with whom one can discuss Marxism-Leninism, psychology and the inner life, investing, and AI are rare.

  1. Sound talent and virtue make for conventionally qualified people; ordinary elites.
  2. Breaking through to higher levels of understanding and outlook: high talent and virtue, metacognition, understanding from a higher dimension, subjectivity, awakening, and enlightenment. Partners.
  3. Great talent and virtue: the ability to realize one’s own potential, help others realize theirs, and bring an undertaking to fruition. Entrepreneurs and leaders.
    IV. The Individual
##Focus, the right path, and confidence
Only by focusing on the right path can one receive the abundant support that comes to those who follow the Way. Explore the right path, and meet fellow travelers along it. Do not lose yourself among distracting people, thoughts, and paths.
Focusing on the right path with confidence means living in the present and forming a connection with yourself and the world; only then can the right path and right faith manifest.
Value investing brings speculation and ignorance into focus: the value of valuing yourself, your inner strength, and your energy. Marxism brings the social sciences and amateur philosophy into focus. Psychology, Zhuangzi, enlightenment, and innate wholeness bring the inner life into focus. After that, follow nature, your gifts, and your destiny.
My framework of Marx + Zhuangzi + psychology + IT + mathematics has come at just the right time.
##Living in the present, moving with the present
Clinging to transcendent wisdom, purity and tranquility, withdrawal from worldly life, or the other shore will not take you to the other shore. With innate wholeness, there is nothing to cultivate and nothing to attain; the present is already the other shore.
Living in the present, moving with the present, moving with all the pain and karmic obstructions of the present, as well as all its tranquility and joy, and flowing with the times and destiny. Zhuangzi’s eight absences: no ego and no attachment, no assertion of ability and no contrived action, no desire and no seeking, no sorrow and no worry.

Appendix:
*Capital, Volume I*
The contradiction between the socialization of production and private ownership of the means of production.
The alienation of human beings from the production process.
*Chapter 12: The Division of Labour and Manufacture*
Individual workers have lost their freedom to live, their freedom to exercise their labor power, and their free will; these have become concentrated in capital, which stands opposed to them. “It is a product of the division of labour in manufacture that the intellectual powers of the material process of production confront the worker as another person’s property and as a power that rules over the worker.” Large-scale industry, in turn, separates science from labor as an independent productive capacity and forces it into the service of capital. “Quoting W. Thompson, 1824: Knowledge, instead of being a means in the hands of workers to increase their own productive powers for their own benefit, has almost everywhere been arrayed against them … Knowledge has become an instrument capable of being separated from labor and opposed to it.”
*Chapter 13: Machinery and Large-Scale Industry*
The real key to the revolution in machinery is not motive power but the working machine—that is, programmed operation and automation. A system of machinery, a factory system, is itself one great automaton. An organized system of working machines driven by a central automaton is the most developed form of machine production. It continually displaces individual workers.
